Lavender Linen Services and Housekeeping.

Good housekeeping is essential when running a holiday let. First impressions are everything. Our sister company provides housekeeping and laundry service takes care of this, bringing you peace of mind, and giving guests a clean, tidy property with a welcome pack.

Available to any holiday rental properties we look after – whether you market yours through Port properties or elsewhere, we work very closely with other agents to provide high standards and professional service. With our flexibility, we can offer long and short-term change over days along with last-minute bookings. Our efficient team will leave every property fresh, clean and ready to welcome the next guests about to embark on their dream seaside holiday.

Included

A full clean of all rooms, equipment, fresh linen and towels left.
Outside spaces to be swept and garden furniture left clean and tidy
The welcome pack, which is included in the price, consists of the following:
Fresh flowers
Washing-up liquid
Antibacterial soap in all kitchen and bathrooms
Disinfectant cleaner for guest use in kitchen and bathrooms
Dish sponge and tea towels
1 x kitchen roll
Individually wrapped selection of tea, coffee and treats
1 pint of milk
Refuse sacks

Extra options available such as wine with additional fee

Guests’ requirements available for special occasions

Linen costs are included in price of housekeeping service. We provide white hotel linen, bath and hand towels, bathmat and tea towels.

Pet Cleans

If pets are allowed in property and left needing a deep clean an extra cost will incur.
